About Shipping
La Cense Beef is processed in a USDA certified facility. It is hand cut and trimmed with care, vacuum sealed, and immediately frozen fresh at the time of processing. Your order is placed in an insulated container with dry ice or freezer gel packs to ensure that every order is delivered in perfect condition.

Receiving a Frozen Product.
If your beef is no longer frozen at the time you open your package, as long as it is cool to the touch, you can either place the beef in your freezer or refrigerator. If you place the beef in your refrigerator, please cook it within a day or two.
Tracking your order.
Upon purchasing La Cense Beef, you will receive two confirmation e-mails.
The first confirmation will be sent upon completion of your order and will detail your purchase. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail at the time that your order is shipped, which will provide you with a UPS tracking number and shipping information.
